It depends on the reason for the return and the country of shipment.
For orders shipped within Italy, if the return is voluntary and requested within the specified terms, Jaked provides the return shipping label free of charge. However, during the refund process, any initial shipping costs are not reimbursed.
If the return is due to a defect in the item or a shipping error, the return cost is covered by Jaked.
For orders shipped abroad, the return cost is borne by the customer, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items and always within the specified terms.
